1. Send us an email with the train number, destination, class (1st – 2 people per room or 2nd – 4 people per room), number of tickets, and date of departure.
2. If you would like all members in the group to be in the same cabin, please inform us in your email. We will try our best to have all group members in the same cabin, but cannot guarantee it.
3. We will reply within 2 business days. If we are able to buy the tickets, please send the names and passport numbers of everyone who will be traveling.
4. Pay when you receive your tickets. Your tickets can be delivered to you at the train station or delivered to you at your hotel, hostel, or guesthouse (delivery is included in the price!)
5. Please come to the train station at least one hour early.
